Similar to in style to sauerkrauts found on the continent, with a small amount of carrot, garlic, caraway seed, bay & black pepper. Intentionally a little less acidic than its European cousins, making it more likely for families to include in their day to day eating. Delicious with white fish, pork, salads, hot dogs & sausages.
