Inspired by the soul food of Korea, Muti Mak-Kimchi is popular with those looking to add layers of both flavour & health to their dishes. Once you get into kimchi you'll find yourself eating it with everything, but for starters try it with eggs, cheese, tossed in salads, as a burger topping & of course delicious with stir fries & soupy noodles.
Ingredients: Chinese leaf cabbage, carrot, mooli, pear, spring onion, sea salt, garlic, ginger & a blend of Korean gochugaru & Mexican guajillo chilli flakes.
