Ingredients: Cabbage, Chinese leaf, mooli, carrot, onion, pear, spring onion, leek, rapadura sugar, sea salt, red chilli, garlic, ginger root, scotch bonnet & a blend of Korean gochugaru & Mexican guajillo chilli flakes.
